By accessing this website or engaging Cybair Labs for services, you agree to these terms. Specific engagements are additionally governed by a signed statement of work or master services agreement, which takes precedence over this page in the event of conflict.

Security assessments, penetration tests, and managed detection services are performed only against systems and scope explicitly authorized in writing by the client. Work outside an agreed scope requires a separate written authorization.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate environment information, timely access, and legal authority to test or monitor the systems in scope.

Findings, credentials, and any data accessed during an engagement are treated as confidential and are shared only with authorized personnel on both sides.

Cybair Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. This section does not limit liability under a signed services agreement, which governs actual engagements.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above.
